Choose a local service agency ( CASA VALENTINA ) and describe the population and the community they serve, services and interventions, outcome measures, and any barriers that may impact the delivery of the service. Description of the agency setting. Agency settings can be primary or secondary.
Describe the population and the community they serve, services and interventions, outcome measures, and any barriers that may impact the delivery of the service. Include discussions of Social Forces- Values and Beliefs- Let’s name some.Economic Forces- What are the resources and how are they distributed? Political Forces- policies affecting the agency?

Include the organization’s mission statement, basic goals, policies and client sources. Include a discussion of Power: Different kinds- Legitimate? Reward? Coercive? Referent? And Expert? Who has it? What do they do with it?
Describe at least one relationship the agency has with another agency (detached, collaborative or competitive).
