For this assignment you will create an outline of an HR metrics plan that effectively measures the activities of the HR department and provides senior leadership with the information needed to determine both the productive and cost effectiveness of the HR function. The report can be submitted in table format to include the metric description, how it will be measured, how often it will be measured, and an estimate of the ranges of effectiveness for each metric. For example, if the metric is time to hire, the estimated range could be an average of 14 days.
